On April 20th, Prof. Huu Hao Ngo, a distinguished expert in the field of advanced biological waste treatment and membrane technologies from University of Technology Sydney, was invited to “2018 High-end expert forum” of the Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology (QIBEBT), Chinese Academy of Sciences. Prof. Huu Hao Ngo delivered a lecture entitled “How to properly write a high quality research paper in English”. Prof. Li Jing, vice director of science and technology department, hosted this forum and presented the award medal to Prof. Ngo.

As vice chief editor of Bioresource Technology, Prof. Huu Hao Ngo introduced this high impact journal of Elsevier and gave detailed guides on how to properly write a high quality research paper in English. He also visited the exhibition hall of QIBEBT and discussed the collaboration plan with related groups. Prof. Huu Hao Ngo was invited by Prof. Yang Zhang, group leader of Waste Valorization & Water Reuse, intending to promote potential collaborations between University of Technology Sydney and QIBEBT.
