Prof. Chimed GANZORIG, a renowned expert in the fields of organic electronic materials and devices, was invited to the “International Expert Forum” of the Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology (QIBEBT), Chinese Academy of Sciences on Jun 24.  

On the forum, Prof. GANZORIG gave a lecture titled “Enhanced Performances of Organic Electronic Devices with Electrode Surfaces Modified by Molecular Design of Self-Assembled Monolayers and Ultrathin Layers”. He elaborated how to design and synthesize novel solution-processible interfacial layers, which are very promising in the application in the organic electronics, such as organic thin film solar cells and organic light-emitting diodes.  

Prof. GANZORIG also served as the President of New Mongol Institute of Technology (NMIT), a new-established institute which was strongly committed to shaping into the leading future research university in Mongolia and giving birth to many competent scientists and engineers valued at the world arena. 

The forum was co-hosted by Prof. YANG Renqiang (the leader of the Advanced Organic Functional Materials Group at QIBEBT) and Dr. WANG Ning (the associate professor of the Advanced Organic Functional Materials Group at QIBEBT). This visit is expected to facilitate potential collaborations between NMIT and QIBEBT.
